• 70% of that increase came through Apple Pay, across both single and continuous payments, on a Fiserv integration built end to end.
• Reduced a four-screen payment flow to one interaction with no loss of compliance coverage, worth roughly £500,000 a month more through the platform.
• Migrated off ASP.NET with a PCI-DSS estate of 97+ stored procedures live throughout. The platform never came down.
• Planned and ran the production cutover: three runbooks split by server to enforce ordering, and a backout procedure written before deployment rather than during it.

• Every component ships with a unit test, a Storybook story and a documentation page, and all of it was delivered solo across two full rebuilds.
• Took a WCAG 2.2 AAA claim from an assertion to a register: 4 criteria enforced by test, 13 met, 3 exceptions published, 0 outstanding. 0 axe violations across 174 routes.
• Ran the build to a documented seven-phase framework, and produced 47 supporting documents. 18 research papers, 3 audit reports and a 14-document handover pack.
• Built with agent tooling throughout, held to the same gates as any other contributor. Rules and MCP servers live in the repo, and nothing merges unread.

• Personally accountable for over £10m of revenue generated through the direct web funnels and event pages the department ran.
• Hired three of the team and co-managed the seven: five videographers, a junior web designer and a social media intern.
